I bring more than 10 years of experience in the fitness industry to help you achieve your goals. As a qualified Personal trainer, Professional athlete and in the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB), I bring extensive knowledge of fitness and body transformation, and as a former professional football (soccer) player in Italy, I can support your improved athletic performance, mobility and endurance. I am qualified in a diversity of training and nutritional methodologies, and always customize my approach to best suit the goals and lifestyles of my clients. I currently work at MyClub fitness gym in Plainpalais

My goal is to help every one of my clients achieve optimal results. In our first meeting, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your body composition and structure, your lifestyle and dietary habits. Based on this assessment, we establish a set of goals. To achieve these goals, I develop a customized training plan and nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals in the most effective and healthy way possible. I provide all my clients with ongoing support, modifying training and nutritional plans depending on how your body reacts.
