À propos de Margarita
I am happy to offer you Russian and English lessons fully tailored to your goals.
I am a professional translator with 6 years' experience working and living in London, where I moved after obtaining my language degree in Nice, France. Having always been fascinated by languages, I started to work as a translator and a private tutor while studying at the university in Nice.
Living in France allowed me to gain a deep understanding of French language and its key differences from Russian, my mother tongue, and English, my second language, which helps me predict the challenges that French-speaking students will face.
Whatever is your goal, I will help you reach it - be it improving your spoken language, preparing for a specific job, or simply passing an exam.
As a person with high personal standards, I am committed to helping my students reach new heights. I have high standards for both myself and my students, and I see each student as a unique individual that requires a tailored approach. I am open to additional requests at any time.
I hope to inspire a love of languages through my lessons.
Learning and teaching languages have always been my passion and I want my students to broaden their horizons and enrich their lives with new opportunities that speaking different languages offers.
It doesn't matter whether you start from 0, or already have a solid grammar base - I will develop a programme tailored to you.
I work with students of different levels (Beginner, Elementary, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate, Advanced) and age groups (preschool children, schoolchildren, students, adults).

- teaching new vocabulary that is consistent with students' particular goals
- arranging written homework
- giving appropriate feedback
- encouraging students to ask questions and express difficulties
- helping students prepare their school homework (if applicable)
- giving an approximate timeframe for reaching each student's goal after the first individual assessment
- tailoring teaching methods to make them suit the particular needs of each student
I can also use less standard teaching methods, including, but not limited to:
- reading and analysing pop culture articles
- watching, translating and analysing expressions/vocabulary from popular TV shows
- translating and analysing songs upon request
I work with students of different levels (Beginner, Elementary, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate, Advanced), however, due to the nature of lessons (online teaching), I prefer teaching to schoolchildren, students and adults from any age group.
