I am WORLD CERTIFIED 200 HRS YOGA ALLIANCE expert in ashtanga traditional yoga which includes meditation and i m in teaching profession for 11 years now. I completed my post graduate diploma in yogic education from kaivalyadham yoga institute and also cleared my level 1 YOGA CERTIFICATION BOARD Exam from government of ayush. Currently pursuing my MASTERS IN YOGASHASTRA. I teach for calming mind, relaxation,pranic healing, weight loss, good stamina, flexibility, complete body toning, yoga as per your illness e.g diabetics, arthritis, thyroid, etc. I believe yoga is result oriented because I give my best service no compromise in quality of service.For trial demo you can contact me or what's app me on (information cachée) Its my passion to teach yoga.
