It is the way you connect with your body and mind.
Throughout my class, I would like to offer the opportunity for you to connect with yourself first, navigated by breaths works, then by getting to know yourself will bring you the confidence to go further with the poses as well.

I am Rika from Japan, a certified yoga teacher from 2020. (RYT200)
I would love to adapt to your needs.
If you have a goal you would like to be, let's work it together.
If you would like to have zen moment to reset your mind or improve your focus levels, I would like to offer you to have this moment to be better of yourself.
I am open to relaxing stretchy yoga, energizing vinyasa or power yoga, or yoga during pregnancy.
I am very excited to share the time on the mat.

Parfait ! Rika est une excellente prof de Yoga. Elle maîtrise parfaitement son domaine et sait adapter le cours pour tous les niveaux. Je la recommande vivement.
