À propos de Birdie
A little dancer since I was 6, started Yoga in 2015 and did my first professional Training in 2021. Afterwards many Trainings followed and there are more to come. I am a lifelong student. :) I started teaching the same year. Online and face to face in Cologne Germany. In teaching I found my passion and I am more and more amazed to see the energies change in a room where bodies are moving and the peace that is cultivated on the mat.
I fell in Love with the flow of Vinyasa and like to use the flow of the body to create a state of flow in the mind.
Life brought me to Paris, where I am currently doing a dance school. While I practice French in my daily life I choose German and English as my languages to teach.

I am Laura, a certified Yoga Teacher and a dancer in my heart.
Life often challenges us with all sorts of things. The ancient practice of Yoga can help us to balance physically, mentally and spiritually.
I believe if we start to listen to the individual language of our body and breath we learn how to support our body and mind into wellbeing.
That is why I like to teach Yoga suited to your special needs.
Let’s meet for a free first class over a cup of tea to discover what your path will look like. If it is a sweaty fast-paced vinyasa flow to get you out of your head and into your body, slow yoga to reset the nervous system or your first steps into the world of yoga, I got you covered.
