Namaste, My name is Dhruv Kabra. I come from Mumbai, India. I completed my professional training in Yogic Education from Yoga Vidya Niketan in India. I have 6+ years of experience teaching students across India and Europe. I conduct personal, group and online sessions. I leave you with the yoga sutra yogaś-citta-vṛtti-nirodha and invite you to learn more about it!

The sessions will be conducted in English. The course is structured to enable continuous practice towards health and inner peace. The course is for all age groups and expertise levels. The sessions typically last 60 minutes. We will learn traditional Indian Yogic principles with mindful breathing, movement, relaxation and meditation through asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, bandhas, mudras, and more!
