À propos de Justine
Yoga turned out to be a revelation in a time of imbalance in my mid twenties.
It is a constant journey of tuning inward, noticing my ego, listening to myself, pushing myself… I learnt from amazing teachers around the world and in turn taught in Dubai, France, Costa Rica and Denmark. I love connecting with other yogis wherever they are on their journey and accompanying them with loving kindness, a listening ear, while pushing them to trust their limits.
I grow from this experience everyday and look forward to seeing what the future holds!

We usually work towards a peak pose, finding that sweet balance between strengthening and lengthening the body.
Moving with the breath through fun and creative flows we experiment with arm balances, inversions, building your practice up so you feel empowered and tune into your full potential.
