I weighed 120 kg before. I was sad about my life, no confidence at all. I enjoyed eating junk food, but I wasn’t healthy at all. I couldn’t do one push-up or walk like a normal person, always hungry, always tired, falling asleep, ashamed about everything, until the day I decided to change my life, my body, my trust in myself. I have lost around 40 kg in 4 months without a gym, just a diet and walking 10k steps every day. Now I'm confident in myself, I can do push-ups, I don’t feel tired doing tasks, always have the energy to do whatever I want without thinking I can get tired before finishing it. I’m still going because I'm enjoying the new life I created for myself.
