À propos de Kasturi
I discovered yoga when I was 12 years old. Since then its been a part of my life. It has helped me mentally and physically in the last decade. I have taken training in the Indian Government institute - Morarji Desai. There I learnt the Ashtanga form of Yoga. During my graduation in India, I was given a chance to participate and represent my University in many Yoga competitions. Later I did Yoga Teacher’s Training course 200 hours in India. I believe yoga is just not an exercise to be done for an hour of your day but it is a way of life/ a lifestyle which can open wonders of life for you. I teach a mixed form of yoga tailored keeping in mind the practitioner and his/her journey.

I aim to not just impart knowledge about postures but also their significance. I feel theoretical knowledge is equally important as practical knowledge. Therefore, my classes would be a mix of different forms of yoga. Some classes would be focused on meditation as well. The idea is to adapt the practice to the journey of the individual and not the other way around. It gives an opportunity for everyone to practice according to their own constitution, age, sex, beliefs and needs.
For group classes, the classes would entail postures that most of the people can follow.
For individual classes, I observe the requirement of the individual over one or two classes and then tailor-make course suited for them. It is a deeper journey from the self to the self by the self
