I am teaching yoga since seven years in India. Aim of the class is to make body and mind ours slaves, find our own center, find our own posture and purify our subconscious mind.

I am a certified yoga instructor. With an extensive experience in Indian philosophy and Sanskrit language. My aim is to teach pure form of yoga (patanjali yoga ) in authentic way and share my knowledge and wisdom enabling people to learn more about finest aspects of life.
My technique is an holistic approach,ng. which starts with OM chanting, followed by upa yoga then will take up a particular asana, paranayama and finally meditation and will end with OM chanting.
The Patanjali yoga stands on three principle that is the capacity to be, the capacity to know and the capacity to learn.
