À propos de Rose
Rose found yoga as an undergraduate student in 2014 as a way to move energy through her body and become more conscious in life. She benefited from the physical strength of her practice during long field days as a wildlife biologist in Ecuador, Colombia, India, and Costa Rica, but also spiritually in fully embracing all of who she is. Currently, Rose is pursuing a graduate degree in Environmental Anthropology where she studies wild primates in Latin America, and loves hiking with her dog and writing poetry. She offers yoga courses in person in L'Isle Adam (95290), online, or throughout Paris.

Rose offers energizing, intentional yoga flows and restorative (yin-style) one-on-one english classes throughout Paris. Her flow (vinyasa-style) classes combine intentional alignment with a heat-building sequence that follows the breath. She designs for students to embrace their unique body and mind by offering advanced options for the more experienced practitioner as well as modifications for those who are newer students or needing a gentler practice. Her restorative (yin-style) classes are slow-paced in nature tailored for those who would like to de-stress and relax. Rose is a graduate of Aligned Flow 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program (NYC), and her private classes are offered in English from her quiet village in L’Isle Adam (95290), online, or throughout Paris.
