À propos de Karen
I've been teaching Vinyasa and Anusara Yoga in Germany and abroad (german and english) for over 3 years. to ch small groups of like-minded people. I'm experienced in teaching from individual courses to large groups with a different levels of experience. I find it important to stay open minded for and learn from different Yoga styles and reachers, and I attend Yoga, mediation and mindfulness trainings regularly.

I'm a certified Yoga teacher for Vinyasa and Anusara Yoga. I've made my teacher trainings in Hamburg and Bali and been teaching Yoga in german and english for over 3 years. My teaching style is focussed on alignment, sometimes flowing, sometimes a bit deeper and with more detail on different postures. Each class starts with a meditation and closes with Savasana, the end relaxation/a short massage. My classes are fun and with a relaxing atmosphere. EveryBODY is different. The purpose of Yoga is not to get perfectly into certain poses or to come with perfect flexibility but to feel the benefits which are individual to everyone.
