I am a yoga teacher from India , having lived and worked at Osho ashram in Pune, India where I Iearnt meditation. I trained as a yoga teacher at Bihar school of yoga and Shivananda ashram. I am now living in Paris and sharing the yoga lifestyle for your physical and mental health.
