Om Swastiastu I'm Geeta – a 200-hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher, trained in the serene heart of Bali. My teaching style is rooted in mindfulness, presence, and compassion, making it especially welcoming for complete beginners or those returning to the mat after a long break. Originally from Indonesia, I am now based in Berneuil-en-Bray, France, where I offer private yoga classes in English. My sessions are designed not only to guide you gently through movement and breath, but also to help you feel more balanced, grounded, and connected—both in body and mind. Each 60-minute session includes: Mindful Hatha yoga practice Breathing techniques to ease stress Singing bowl relaxation to support deep calm Gentle mantra chanting for inner clarity and focus I also understand how challenging it can be to start something new—especially in a second language. That’s why my classes are offered in clear, simple English, with a kind and patient approach. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free.
