Aggeliki is a great teacher and really loves what she is doing. It always surprises me how observant she is, as she is constantly checking your positioning and can understand exactly what you are doing wrong (which is super good for an online course). Her directions are clear and precise and her classes are for all levels. When I joined her classes I knew very few things about yoga and now I begin to really understand what I am doing. I totally recommend you to try a class with Aggeliki,you will love it
