I am a Senior Process Engineer with a Master’s degree from Polytech Orléans and nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. My expertise lies in the heart of drug manufacturing: Solid Oral Dosage (Tablets & Capsules).
Throughout my career, I have managed complex production lines and optimized critical processes like Wet and Dry Granulation. I don’t just teach the theory from a book; I bring the reality of the Swiss factory floor to our sessions.

This course series provides a structured, practical introduction to solid oral drug product manufacturing.
It is specifically designed for people looking to enter the industry, career-changers (IT, HR, Admin), or early-career professionals who want to strengthen their understanding of how a factory actually works. We focus on the "why" and the "how"—connecting the dots across the entire production flow in clear, accessible language.
Course Structure (Flexible Modules)
Each module is a stand-alone 60-90 minute session. You can book them individually or as a series:
- Sampling: Purpose, timing, and types of samples.
- Dispensing: Material preparation and weight control.
- Granulation (Wet & Dry): The core of solid dose—mixing and binding.
- Blending: Mixing objectives and key factors for uniformity.
- Compression: Tablet formation principles and process flow.
- Encapsulation: Capsule filling concepts and production steps.
- Coating: Why we coat and the main process stages.
- Primary Packaging: Blister and bottle packaging concepts.
