Hi, I'm Kowshikaa! I recently completed my Master's in Cybersecurity through the Erasmus Mundus CYBERUS programme, studying across Belgium, France, Estonia, and Canada. I'm currently based in Lyon.
English has been my language of instruction since elementary school, so writing essays, structuring arguments, and communicating clearly in English is second nature to me, not something I picked up later as a foreign language. I know firsthand what a strong academic foundation looks like and I enjoy helping younger students build that same clarity and confidence in their own schoolwork.
I work well with students who need structure and consistency, and I enjoy adapting my approach depending on the student's age, learning style, and what's actually giving them trouble rather than just repeating what their textbook already says. My goal isn't just to help finish homework, but to help students actually understand the material so they need less help over time.

I offer homework help focused on English, with an emphasis on helping students genuinely understand their coursework rather than just getting assignments done.
Academic Support
Ongoing help with day-to-day English homework, assignments, and revision: grammar exercises, reading comprehension tasks, written assignments, and preparing for school tests and quizzes. We work at the pace of what the student is currently covering in class, staying aligned with their teacher's curriculum and expectations.
Methodology
Many students don't struggle with English itself as much as they struggle with how to approach it: how to structure an essay, plan an oral presentation, organize study time before a test, or break down a reading assignment efficiently. We work on building these study habits so the student becomes more independent over time, not just reliant on help every session.
Memorization
Practical strategies for retaining vocabulary, grammar rules, and exam content: spaced repetition techniques, memory tricks, and active recall methods tailored to how the student learns best, rather than just repetitive rote memorization.
SAT Prep
For students targeting university applications abroad, I offer focused preparation for the SAT's Reading and Writing & Language sections, working on comprehension strategies, grammar rules tested on the exam, and timed practice under exam conditions.
