À propos de Neira
I am Neira Dzidic, an Integral Coach CIS trained at the Living Sense Institute in Zurich, a trained Psychedelic Breath facilitator and an experienced yoga teacher. Since 2022, I have guided yoga, embodied movement, breathwork and coaching in individual and group settings in Switzerland and online. Before moving fully into wellbeing and facilitation, I earned a Master of Science in Pharmacy and worked in healthcare and pharmaceutical quality assurance. That background shaped my careful, grounded approach to safety, clear communication and individual needs. I create a warm space where people can explore without pressure or performance. I work fluently in English and German and am a native Bosnian speaker.

These private online sessions are for people who feel stressed, mentally overloaded, disconnected from their bodies, or ready to build a sustainable wellbeing practice. Each 60-minute session begins with a short check-in so I can adapt the practice to your energy, experience and goals. We then combine accessible somatic movement with dynamic breathwork, guided meditation and a practical integration exercise. You do not need to be experienced. My approach is warm, clear and non-pressuring, with options for different bodies and nervous-system needs. Sessions are available in English, German or Bosnian and can focus on stress reduction, grounding, emotional balance, self-connection or creating a simple personal practice you can continue between sessions.
