Roberta puts people at ease and has a very gentle and intuitive nature. Her class is good for all levels, as she is accommodating to each student. Roberta is an amazing positively minded yoga instructor! with her you don't only feel relaxed but you feel like a new person after every session. She takes extra time to go with you through asanas and you can tell she is highly dedicated to her yoga path. She is very knowledgeable of yoga practice and philosophy! I highly recommend her!

I approached to yoga with great suspicion. It was recommended to me for health reasons but I didn't think I was able to practice it.
Roberta allowed me to benefit from it and to realise that yoga is part of life itself, of harmony with ourselves and with others.
