I am an experienced, CELTA- certified teacher and freelance journalist. I started teaching because I love English and want to inspire the same passion in my students. Language is an adventure: think of all the places, films, books and music just waiting to be explored!

Conversation and useful, real-life English are always at the heart of my classes. Lessons are topic-based, interactive, and adapted to a learner's individual needs. My students are a lovely mix of all ages, levels and backgrounds – students, refugees, lawyers, Eurocrats, stay-at-home parents, from 4 to 70 years old – and I believe in creating a positive, encouraging, and above all, motivating learning environment for all.
