À propos de Bettina
After 6 years in the corporate world I left all security and comfort for a sabbatical around the world. Since I had already been practicing Yoga for 8 years, I decided to change my career path and in 2019 Got my first certification in Yoga (200h Yoga alliance). Since then I did different trainings to specialize (300h Yoga alliance certified + 85h prenatal and postnatal) and started teaching.

Yoga is so much more than Yoga positions and I try as much as I can to bring a little more of the total meaning of Yoga to you. Because of that all of my classes include Meditation and Pranayama.
I believe in respecting our body and moment of life, and feel Yoga is an amazing way to reconnect and heal.
