Hello! I am Stephanie, a yoga + meditation teacher, reiki practitioner and intuitive healer/spiritual guide. I am 500hr certified by the Yoga Alliance with over 7 years of teaching experience, and am a continuing education provider of targeted studies in yogic practice + philosophy.
I have studied a multitude of esoteric methods, and over the past 7+ years have guided the following types of yoga + meditation practices:

I am a Reiki Level II practitioner, trained in the Usui Reiki lineage, with 3 years of hands-on experience, and one year of distance reiki experience. My work includes chakra-based and crystal-enhanced healing session.
Over the past 3.5 years I have worked directly with my mentors + teachers (in groups + 1:1 settings) gaining knowledge and experience on the practical applications of esoteric, energetic + spiritual studies such as astrology, numerology, tarot, divination, channeling, crystal healing, herbology and embodiment practice.
These practices can be a catalyst for much needed change, a soothing balm for healing our grief, a roadmap to the discovery of solutions to our challenges, understanding of our gifts, an affirmation of our power, and a divine connection to our communities + ultimately the greater collective.
My intention is to ultimately lead you back to yourself by creating safe spaces + meaningful experiences for you to discover intentional practices that enhance your connection with mind, body + spirit, trusting your own unique intuitive abilities. I believe our healing is not linear, and that we can navigate our own journeys better by becoming radically connected to self + Source.
