1. I teach students how to stay competitive and become an adaptable leader.
2. I share from my experience in motivating people to increase engagement, inspiration, performance and productivity.
3. I have created solutions and programs that focus on five practice areas – Career Hacking program, Soft Skills, Leadership, Personal Brand, Remove Emotional Blocks/Overcome Fears.
4. One of passions is French language (I hold a degree in French), and I also love teaching French for business (example: Project Management, Leadership, HR specialized language).
My personal mission is to educate and empower others to use their skills and their talents, their own experience and their emotional intelligence in an authentic way.
My greatest passion is to bring direction, creativity, and enthusiasm to professionals looking to engage their true self-expression in the world.
I also focus on making people aware about what they are known for and how other experience them.

My choice of teaching method is Student - Centered Approach to Learning.
With this approach, me and students play an equally active role in the learning process.
My primary role is to coach and facilitate student learning and overall comprehension of material, and to measure student learning through both formal and informal forms of assessment, like projects and class participation.
Teaching and assessment are connected because student learning is continuously measured during teacher instruction.
In my classes students engage deeply, while refining their own practices, to be able to apply knowledge learned in the classroom to the real world.
I differentiate in a number of ways: how students access content, the types of activities students do to master a concept, what the end product of learning looks like, and how the classroom is set up.
