I am a PhD-trained biologist with university teaching experience, passionate about making biology and chemistry understandable and enjoyable for students. I focus on clear explanations tailored to each learner’s needs, combining scientific rigor with a patient and supportive approach. I offer lessons in English, and I encourage my students to complete homework and review material before each session to maximize learning and progress. My lessons are designed to build confidence, spark curiosity, and help students achieve their academic goals through interactive and engaging methods. Whether your child is preparing for exams or simply wants to explore science more deeply, I adapt each session to their pace and interests. Professionalism, reliability, respect, and kindness are at the heart of my teaching style. I am committed to providing a positive learning environment where questions are encouraged and every student feels valued. About My Lessons As a PhD-trained biologist passionate about sharing knowledge and having experience in teaching university students, I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs and level. My approach is interactive and fun to make biology and chemistry accessible and interesting, even for younger learners. Teaching techniques and methods: Clear explanations adapted to the student’s age Use of visual aids and concrete real-life examples Practical exercises and quizzes to reinforce understanding Encouragement to ask questions and participate actively Typical lesson structure: Quick review of the previous topic Introduction of a new concept with simple explanations before getting right into the complex core of the subject Interactive activities or short exercises to apply the ideas Time for questions and personalized advice at the end What makes me unique as a tutor: Patience and kindness towards students University-level experience combined with a child-friendly teaching style Flexibility in scheduling and lesson content based on student needs Who the lessons are for: My lessons are for children from middle school to high school, as well as anyone wishing to discover or deepen their knowledge of biology and chemistry in a supportive and personalized environment.
