À propos d'Emi
I'm a Masters student here in Brussels but originally from Melbourne, Australia. Whilst I'm studying something else now (Urban Studies!) English and English Literature has always been a genuine passion of mine, as well as something I have excelled in academically.
I completed English and English Literature in high-school to a strong level, and then minored in English Literature in my Bachelor's degree.
During this time and also post high school, I tutored numerous students in their English skills and studies, and loved the chance to join in their learning.
Now, I am eager to work with people here and continue that work!

I offer flexible English tutoring, from conversational practice and reading support to essay writing and exam preparation. I have experience working with students of all ages and levels, including younger learners building foundational skills, high-school students preparing for English Literature exams, and advanced students refining academic writing. My approach is very student-centred, and I'm focused on meeting learners where they are to help them build confidence and fluency in English.
As a native Australian English speaker, I also offer students exposure to natural, everyday English and perhaps an element of cultural exchange, while maintaining standard British grammar and spelling in written work.
