À propos de Mary
I am British (from Manchester), and I study French, Spanish, and Italian at university so know all about the struggles of learning languages! I love all things travel and culture, I always come to class with a smile on my face and like to bring fun and positivity to my classes. My favourite thing about being a teacher is connecting with my students and making friends - I met so many incredible people working as an English teacher in France and really loved my job because my students were always making me laugh! I currently live in Valencia, Spain - my favourite things to do in my free time are hike, travel to new cities, listen to music, and go out with friends. My dream is to live in the South of France!

In our very first class I assess your level, objectives, and preferred learning techniques (oral activities, grammar exercises, writing, etc.), and adapt all classes to suit you from day 1! An example class would be to open with a short reading and discussion on a specific theme, then cover grammar and exercises, learn some vocabulary on the topic, do a listening exercise, and then a debate/game to end. However, if you want to work on academic/professional writing, or travel vocabulary and speaking, I adapt to you! I like to learn your hobbies and interests so that I can make classes interesting to you. I always come with a lesson prepared, but if you want to cover something different on the day I am happy to adapt!
