Hi! I’m Daniel, a music educator, composer, and producer with over 25 years of experience recently relocated to Paris, where I teach in English and Portuguese. I began my journey on violin and saxophone, but found my true voice through the guitar. Since then, I’ve studied composition and film scoring, produced music for artists and media, and taught students of all ages—both in person and online. My lessons are practical, motivating, and tailored to each student. I use a song first approach to teach technique, theory, and creativity in a natural, engaging way. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, I’m here to guide you with clarity, patience, and passion. Let’s make music meaningful, fun, and empowering—together.

• Teaching Techniques & Methods I teach music through a repertoire-based approach, using songs to introduce and reinforce theory, technique, and ear training in a natural and engaging way. • Course Structure Lessons begin with warm-ups and targeted technical exercises, followed by song study chosen to match the student’s level and goals. Theory and musicality are integrated progressively. • What Sets Me Apart With 25+ years of experience, I adapt to each student’s needs and blend classical, indie, rock and other styles. I teach in English or Portuguese and emphasize both discipline and enjoyment. • Who I Teach I work with students 8 up of all levels — from beginners to advanced — whether pursuing music as a hobby or preparing for exams and performances.
