À propos de Paolo
I have graduated from the University of Glasgow with a BSc (Hons.) in Mathematics and Computing Science, and I am currently studying for my Master's degree in Algebra, Geometry and Number Theory at the Leiden University and Université de Bordeaux.
I have prior experience in teaching: I worked as a private music teacher, as a primary school maths teacher, as an online tutor for programming... My goal is to make my students bridge the gap between just learning facts and packaging them into a personalized, intuitive concept.

I am passionate about mathematics, especially when I can understand and make understand at an intuitive level. I want my students to achieve the same level of confidence—and, ideally, interest—in these subjects.
My lessons are flexible and I can adapt to your needs. For example, I can go through a fixed curriculum to prepare for exams, or offer more unstructured support to work specifically on areas you're struggling with. Or I can even just offer a deeper insight into subjects you might be interested in without necessarily preparing for examinations.
I believe that the only way to learn something effectively is to engage in active learning (producing content rather than just consuming it). Moreover, especially when it comes to maths, I think gaining an intuitive understanding of the underlying concepts is much better than limiting oneself to memorising information or mechanical procedures. All of this is what I try to implement in my lessons.

Parfait ! I highly recommend Paolo. He is incredibly dedicated to helping his students succeed. His explanations are clear, and he adapts his teaching style to make complex topics easier to understand.

J'ai eu le plaisir de travailler en étroite collaboration avec Paolo sur plusieurs projets, et sa capacité à décomposer des concepts complexes en explications claires et faciles à comprendre est exceptionnelle.
