I adapt always the courses according your own needs : what kind of exercices your body demand and the intensity can be very different person to person. My purpose is to teach you some techniques to be able to maintain yourself a healthy routine. It is always a real pleasure for me to transmit what I learned about those powerful knowledges which is really life changing.
After my study, I Traveled for 4 years in more than 15 countries. I just came back from India where I learn many techniques to heal the body and mind with yoga, pranayama, meditation relaxation techniques... I'm really passionate by how the yoga can have a huge impact on our well-being and I want to share my passion with who want to learn.
