I am a fitness instructor with a long experience of more than 4 years. I am an expert in weight loss, I have personal online workouts and weight loss marathons.
Candidate Master of Sports in Aerobic Gymnastics
I have a lot of passion for fitness and my job. My mission is to help other people be fit, happy, and have good health. I have excellent communication skills with my clients.
In 2020, all my clients lost 800 kg. My main principle is that losing weight should be with pleasure, without hunger and inhibitions. I will teach you how to eat right so that the weight does not return.

If you like to start individual coaching sessions to lose weight, get fit, or gain more muscle - I will be glad to help you achieve this goal. We will work on Zoom or Skype in English or Russian, where I can see you and correct your technique.

In my classes, I use:
- functional training
- strength training
- TRX workout
- stretching - depending on your goal.
During our session, I will also work with your nutrition.
