À propos de Claudia
I am a qualified educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Sciences and a Master’s Degree in the Design and Coordination of Educational Services. I am also a certified Children’s Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance RCYT), specialized in yoga and mindfulness for children and teenagers aged 3 to 17. My professional background combines education, well-being and mindful movement, with a strong focus on emotional development and self-awareness. I work with a respectful, inclusive and non-judgmental approach, creating a safe space where each student can feel supported and understood. I offer lessons in English and Italian, and I am currently improving my German.

My lessons are based on educational yoga and mindfulness and are designed to support children and teenagers in developing body awareness, emotional regulation, focus and self-confidence. Each class is adapted to the age, needs and sensitivity of the student and includes gentle movement, breathing exercises, moments of calm and guided awareness. The approach is pedagogical, non-competitive and respectful, with a strong focus on well-being rather than performance. Lessons are suitable for children and teens who may experience stress, emotional overload, difficulty concentrating, or who simply wish to reconnect with their body in a safe and supportive environment.
