When I first started, I did not know I could get caught up with the rhythm and could easily tune in with the music after a couple months of consistent practice.

Sometimes it is easy and sometimes it’s a tough row to hoe but I believe the hardest lessons were the ones I recorded the most forward progress!

When introduced new moves, it’s tricky to master it at times but I have learnt from Sam that taking as much time as I need is one of the milestones of learning. Sam also focuses on the logic behind dancing providing lots of hints about picking up dance movements.

Elimination of other peoples opinion when dancing was another struggle for me but every now and then when I see myself dancing willingly and readily, I appreciate Sam for his student-tailored teaching style, his professionalism and encouragement to keep me in the dancing loop.

The dance classes given by Sam are beyond what anyone can expect. Initially on a psychological level I was very shy and would never allow myself to dance fully and be carefree in front of people. On a physical level I was limited and stiff and found most dance moves challenging to learn and reproduce. Sam helped me change this completely. His method is truly unique and so effective. He breaks down each move and provides a tailored experience for each person to find their groove. Far from being superficial, the classes help you go within yourself to feel the music and free your body and mind from all constraints and self limitations.
Sam is really passionate and it makes all the difference. I would really recommend taking classes with him to push yourself and expand your boundaries!

I was completely new to dancing at the beginning of my classes with Sam and felt super apprehensive about starting something new but really wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone. The small group classes were perfect for this and meant that it was a really intimate learning experience where Sam was able to guide me step-by-step. Sam made me feel comfortable straight away (even through the many mistakes!) which meant that I felt able to be vulnerable and learnt much faster (especially as he gave precise and consistent feedback). I have loved the process so far with Sam, especially the grounding/mindfulness exercises which help you to connect with your body and then free you up to fully express yourself when dancing. Basically it’s been great and super fun - Sam is a great teacher - so thank you!

I started dance classes with Sam over a year ago, during a work leave of absence from burn out - turning to dance as a way of building back up confidence, learning a new skill & keeping fit. Luckily, I found a great teacher in Sam as he goes beyond just the moves and choreo... He provides coaching tips, creates a friendly and welcoming environment - for dancers of all levels, and a safe space for dancers to connect... So for someone who may be out of their comfort zone, worry not!

Classes usually have an follow-along warm up, then learn choreo - moves are broken down, repeated, and sometimes learned over a few sessions to build onto the moves & sequence. Classes have been various contemporary styles: free move, hip hop/house, afro. Always fun and energetic, so you will basically sweat without even realising you’re working so hard - and leave with a big smile on your face!

It’s because he loves what he does so much that he wants to share that same joyful experience with his students. It’s makes him a passionate, caring and attentive leader - qualities rare to find in a teacher (or person) nowadays.

Samuel is a very good personal trainer, paying attention on the exercises and the target of the people who join the gym.
He is a serious, authoritative and very helpful person.

Sam goes beyond dance. He made me connect with my soul, forgetting about any limitations (great discovery!). After the first class my energy was utterly renewed, I felt empowerment at the top level. Dance and workout are a great combo not only to push yourself to keep fit, but also to enjoy while doing it. The challenge given to the classes makes them kinda addictive!! Truly recommend it!

I met Sam on a project and felt he was really open-minded and kind person. He supports people and strives to help them become their best version. He is a professional dancer, who has invested a lot of time and effort to master his skills in order to teach them easily to his students. He will inspire you and make you believe that you will achieve your goal in no time!!! Which will help you grow very fast! I recommend Sam, because he helped me become a high level dancer!

Samuel han been my tutor for one month almost. He is very professional and patient. Moreover he tried to understand which was my target, and sent me a list of stuff I could do to improve my excercise out of the gym, such as wich kind of food was better for me to give me energy.

Sam stands out from all the London teachers I had lessons with as he has a completely different approach to dance, starting from his firm belief that anyone can dance. He helped me find my own style of dance rather than teaching me to move like everyone else and at the same time he taught me fundamental dance techniques. I couldn’t recommend him more.

I met Sam a few years ago and since then I fell in love with his style of teaching and dance classes. I learned how to dance well and lost weight thanks to the mixture of cardio and dance moves during Sam’s classes.
