I started training combat sports in my early teens and competed locally, in Albania and Italy. Today I coach in Luxembourg because I believe everyone deserves to feel safe and capable in their body and in their head. First aid certified.

I'm not a gym class. I don't sell fitness. I teach people how to defend themselves, stand their ground, and build the kind of confidence that sticks; inside and outside the session.
I trained and competed in combat sports for years. I know what it takes to face someone across from you and not freeze on the ring and beyond. That's what I pass on.

━━━━━━━HOW I WORK━━━━━━━
Every session is built around you : your level, your goal, your pace. There's no fixed format. Some sessions are technical, some are physically brutal, some are both. I push you when you need it and I slow down when it matters.
What I focus on:
• Real self-defense, not choreography
• Physical and mental preparation for combat
• Stress and pressure management
• Character and confidence development
• Custom programs, updated every 2 months

Solo, duo, couples, families. All fitness levels, but you need to show up with the right mindset.
