With a deep love for traditional, bio-friendly methods, I bring authentic flavors and sustainable practices to my professional cooking courses. Our cooking experience starts with an optional curated trip to the local market place, where you will be guided on how to choose the best
veggies, meat and fish.
Once we have our specially choosen fresh ingrediants we will head to the Kitchen to prep and cook your choosen dishes.
Chef Amine will provide individual instruction and you can do as much, or as little of the acctual cooking as you like. From proper Sardine preperation to
learning the perfect amount of char on a bell pepper to knowing which cut is needed on a Potato for the perfect Tagine.
Chef Amine will teach you all the intrecacies that make Morroccan food the exceptional cuisine.
Price & time committment will depend on your chossen dishes
and market experience. Courses available in French, English, Russian
and Hebrew (translated by Amine's partner).

* Zaalouk - is a popular Moroccan cooked salad made of eggplant and tomatoes with garlic and warm seasonings including cumin, paprika, and fresh cilantro. (1H - 20EUR)
If you're a fan of Mediterranean eggplant dishes like baba ganoush or even caponata, it's time for you to try this sassy zaalouk recipe.
* Taktouka - is literally one of my favourite Moroccan salad! made mainly of very simple ingredients: green bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic and olive oil.
and it is healthy, satisfying and so easy to prepare. The grilled bell peppers add a delicate smokiness to the salad that is perfectly balanced
by the natural sweetness of the tomatoes. (1H - 20EUR)
* Rfissa - is a dish of chicken tagine served with msemen (thin moroccan bread) or called trid – and then topped with lentils. (4H - 50EUR)
