À propos d'Elis
I'm doing yoga for 7 years.
I used to give lessons of yoga in my university to individual people but also in groups.
Yoga brings me balance at the end of the day. I'm practicing 5 days a week and improving everyday.
For now, I prefer to give the lesson in English.

"You are as old as your spine's age". My teacher told me that during my first ever yoga lesson.
After many years of doing yoga, I feel everyone and anyone need to train their body to feel better.
We will begin by relieving the body and the mind. Calming the muscles followed by stretching them.
Then we will do the exercises I have prepared for you.
And to finish, we will relax and make the tiredness leave your body.
The lesson can be for beginners (yoga yin) or for intermediate (yoga vinyasa) and even advanced levels (yoga ashtanga).
I will adapt the level on what you want, what you desire and what your body can do but also how hard was your day and how tired is your body.
You will see the result quickly and be comfortable in your body.

Elis helped me with her yoga lesson to bring balance in my days, to get back the strength in my body. I only needed a few lessons with her to be fully aware of what I'm doing and to keep doing yoga on a regular basis !
