À propos de Chris
I am an experienced English teacher with more than 15 years of teaching experience. The majority of which has been focused on private students and one-to-one classes. I have a lot of experience with students whose first language is either Spanish, Portuguese, French. I have also taught English in Korea, England, Japan, China and Vietnam.
I am a fluent Portuguese, and Spanish, so I know what it is like to learn a new language, to feel frustrated, and to feel happy when you improve!
I can focus on typical errors that English learners tend to make and help you correct these common mistakes as well as improve your English more generally.
I have prepared many students for the IELTS, FCE, Advanced, Proficiency, TRINITY exams.
I have long experience with professional/business English classes. I have taught at many large, important companies such as; Accenture, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, Fox TV, and many others.

My methodolgy is based upon the needs of each individual student. Every student has a different class plan based on their personal needs.
- I will give you a small English test, and a written test to evaluate your level.
- Based on this information I will give you a list of grammatical mistakes that we will work on together.
- I ask students to write a text for me for homework every week. We will analyse your written English together in class and correct your mistakes.
- There will also be extensive conversation, and some grammar practice, in each class.
- I will give you feedback at the end of each lesson, and a full feedback report at the end of each month.
- You can see your progress in a clear way.

i like my classes with rhys
mes cours sont amusants et j'ai beaucoup appris, vous devriez essayer les cours avec lui. mon pari jamais professeur!
i think he is a really good teacher. I am not confident with my English, but now I think I have improved a lot thanks to my classes with him. He is really funnmy and we have good talks every time about interesting topics for me. My writing in English now is much better I think. thanks rhys!!
rhys a été un très bon professeur pour moi et m'a aidé à améliorer ma confiance en moi en général, et plus particulièrement l'anglais à utiliser au travail. J'apprécie vraiment les cours avec lui et je peux certainement le recommander à d'autres.
