I’m a multilingual psychotherapist offering online therapy sessions in Bulgarian, English, and Spanish to clients worldwide. I hold a Ph.D. in psychoanalysis and continued my clinical training at the Clinical Section in Barcelona, later specializing in neuropsychoanalysis and applied therapeutic techniques. With a professional background in the IT industry, I bring a unique perspective by blending insights from neuroscience and technology into my approach.

Since the fall of 2019, I have organized virtual supervision calls for psychotherapists. Inspired by their success and the wonderful collaboration among colleagues, I’ve decided to organize more spaces for mutual support and knowledge exchange, open to anyone actively working in the field of mental health. At each meeting you will present a case and we can discuss problem areas in which you seek help. The meetings follow three steps: 1. Case presentation. 2. We discuss the difficulties that you have concerning the client’s treatment. 3. I ask you questions to get to a full understanding of the issue and suggest what else we can try or how to proceed. The meetings are virtual and open to colleagues around the world.
