À propos de Maialen
Hi! My name is Maialen, and I am from Bilbao. I graduated last year with a degree in Modern Languages and have come to Belgium to pursue my master's in Literature and Linguistics. I am a native Spanish speaker, and I also speak Basque, English and Mandarin Chinese; therefore, you can rest assured that I do understand the pain of learning a second language. I am currently learning Dutch, but it's been a slow process so far.
During my time at university, I have worked as a language teacher, volunteered with an NGO, and tutored students at different levels. I believe I have gained valuable experience and can help you achieve your language goals.

Hola! Me llamo Maialen y soy de Bilbao. Soy graduada en Lenguas Modernas y he venido a Bélgica para estudiar el máster en Literatura y Lingüística. Soy hablante de español nativa, pero también hablo euskera, inglés y chino mandarín, por lo que entiendo el dolor de estudiar una lengua extranjera jajaja. Estoy aprendiendo neerlandés, pero debo reconocer que el progreso ha sido bastante lento hasta ahora.
Durante el tiempo que me ha llevado mi grado, he trabajado como profesora de español en una ONG y en tutorías privadas con estudiantes de distintos niveles.¡Creo verdaderamente que esta experiencia es valiosa y que estaré preparada para ayudarte a cumplir tus objetivos!

The methodology is personnalisée to the student's needs, and we will focus together on your goals! Looking for help with your oral expression? Looking to get the DELE certificate? or just start a new language? We will discuss and adapt!
After a first session where we will set your goals, we will look into textbooks, exercises, or other interactive avenues.
