À propos de Maxime
I graduated both in Business and Chemicals Engineering in Brussels (Fr, En). After a PhD, I joined McKinsey & Company (Strategy consulting) and, after 3 years, joined a Global Chemical player working as a Program Manager and more recently as a Pricing Manager.
I am so grateful that I managed to find a path that fulfills me and I am excited to share my learnings and to give my support so that others can reach their own dreams.
The following quote is spot on when it comes to tell who I am: "Take your job seriously, but don't take yourself too seriously". Life is too short to run one's life without having fun and to aim at dreams that are too small. I approach my support following the same mantra, let's work hard together to get where you want to go, and let's do it while having fun!

Support Target:
My support is mostly targeted to students (incl. Masters and PhDs) and to early stage professionals willing to accelerate their career.
Support Design:
Everything can be designed specifically to your needs (especially regarding master thesis and study related support). However, supporting you in career path definition can also follow a 3 modules approach combining one on one session and preparations:
1) Learn to know yourself - Gain direction and maturity by understanding who you are, what you are good at and what you want to achieve (the best cocktail to shine at what you do);
2) Identify the job you want and assess the fit - Analyze potentially interesting jobs and see how the job requirement meets your skills and motivators (ideally based on the first module)
3) Plan your job search and start - Ace your Motivation Letter and your CV. Design your approach to get an interview (e.g., map your network, identify promoters) and plan your week by week program to get there
PS: for group coaching, I offer a better rate i.e., 50 €/h/pers.
