My journey into teaching began during my early SAP projects, where I noticed a consistent gap — talented professionals struggled not due to lack of intelligence, but due to lack of proper guidance. I saw juniors and even peers getting overwhelmed by configurations, documentation, or understanding real-time business processes. That’s when I started helping my teammates informally — explaining concepts, breaking down complex flows, and guiding them step by step. The impact was immediate: they gained confidence, and I discovered something powerful — the joy of sharing knowledge. Over time, this grew into a mission. I realized I could multiply my impact by training others, not just by solving problems myself. Every time a student cracked an interview, presented confidently in a client meeting, or led a configuration independently — it felt like a shared victory.
