ENGLISH BELOW - J'ai commencé le saxophone à l'âge de 8 ans et ai poursuivi mes études par un bachelier au Conservatoire de Maastricht et un master au Conservatoire de Bruxelles (KCB) en jazz. Né à Liège, le français est ma langue maternelle.
Je joue professionnellement de tous les saxophones (soprano, alto, ténor, baryton) ainsi que de la flûte traversière, me produisant régulièrement en Belgique, en Allemagne et aux Pays-Bas. En tant que musicien freelance, j'ai eu la chance de me produire dans toutes sortes de groupes comme le VRT Big Band, Gustave Brass Band, le Royal Band of the Belgian Navy, Araponga, ...
Depuis quatre ans, je dirige également une fanfare amateure en région liégeoise.
I started playing the saxophone at the age of 8 and graduated from the Maastricht Conservatory for my bachelor degree and the Brussels Conservatory (KCB) for my master degree, both in jazz. While being a native French speaker, I've done all my studies in English, which led me to speak it very fluently :-)
I play all saxophones professionally (soprano, alto, tenor, baritone) as well as the flute, performing frequently throughout Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands as a freelance musician in bands of various styles (VRT Big Band, Gustave Brass Band, Royal Band of the Belgian Navy, etc.).
For four years I have been leading an amateur brass band in the region of Liège.

ENGLISH BELOW - Si tu veux apprendre à jouer du jazz, de la pop, du funk, de la musique balkanique, ..., tu es au bon endroit !
À l'écoute de tes envies, je privilégie un enseignement basé sur la pratique et l'amusement, ayant moi-même commencé l'apprentissage de l'instrument bien avant la théorie.
Quels que soient ton niveau et tes objectifs, je serais ravi de te guider dans l'apprentissage du saxophone ou de la flûte !
Je peux aussi donner des cours d'improvisation et de théorie, si besoin.
If you want to learn to play jazz, pop, funk, Balkan music, ..., you're in the right place! :-)
Attentive to your desires, I prioritize a teaching approach based on practice and fun, having myself started learning the instrument long before theory.
Whatever your level and goals, I would be delighted to guide you in learning the saxophone or flute!
I can also offer improvisation and theory lessons if needed.
