I hail originally from India. I have been a freelance teacher since a year and a half. I have been practicing yoga since the age of twelve. I recently completed a certified teachers training course from Jaipur, India and back to freelance teaching in Belgium.

The course comprises of different forms of physical exercises including stretching, fitness as well as breathing techniques. It aims at overall well-being of an individual, focusing on mental, emotional and physical balance. Flow/ hatha /yin yoga along with pranayam and meditation mixed with some pilates is taught to bring out the best in you.
