- Master of Teaching - Official Examiner - IB, AP, GCSE teaching experience - International educator (Australia, UK, France) - 7+ years teaching experience - 10+ years tutoring My name is Victoria and I am a qualified, experienced English teacher specialising in IB English A, GCSE English, and Advanced Placement English Language and Composition. I have a Master of Teaching from the University of Melbourne and an International Educator Certificate for the International Baccalaureate. I have trained internationally with the IBO for the IB and with the College Board for AP, regularly attending workshops regarding the course syllabus of the respective programs. Since 2017, I have worked as an examiner and have taught IB Literature, IB Language and Literature, Advanced Placement English Language and Composition, GCSE internationally. In addition to teaching, I have been tutoring English to middle and high school students for over a decade.

My lessons are tailored to you as an individual. In our first lesson, we will discuss your goals and learning needs - from there I will outline a course of action that targets these areas and helps you achieve your objectives within the subject. My lessons incorporate modelling, visible thinking and dialogic learning routines so that you take an active approach to your learning and develop confidence. Lessons are conducted online and run for 60-90 minutes depending on your preference. I will provide you with online resources to work with and a digital space to upload and store materials/past work.
