I am a Mexican Embodiment facilitator, and Visual Artist. I have a background as a dancer and yoga instructor. I offer online and private somatic Yoga classes . In which I take fundamentals of traditional Yoga, somatic experiencing and functional movement -Bowspring-.
I am certified as an Aligned Flow Instructor, Bowspring instructor, and I am studying and practicing embodiment concepts + somatic anatomy. I look forward to share my knowledge with others. To improve health and self awareness & accountability through movement meditation and exploration of the bodily capacities.

We begin the journey with sensation.
A guided movement practice that aims to rediscover the bodily capacities and reformat old patterns and habits.
Through the repetition of mindful physical movement we intend to create health, and rooting in contribution to a path of self realization.
As the journey continues we come closer into the center of our being: the heart.
We aim to achieve full radiance in the central channel by expanding, and observing in full presence the shadows and allowing space and openness into the day by day.
This is a journey in which transformation not only comes from the physical wellbeing, but from the desire of evolution and deep understanding of the body as a tool for development.

What you need for this class:
Wear comfortable clothes
Towel or mat
Enough space around you so that you can stand upright with your feet a little wider than shoulder-width apart.
Enough space to lie down with your legs extended is ideal, but not necessary.
If standing isn’t an option, you're welcome to do class seated on a stool or chair.
